2. Plan information architecture
Sitemap, hubs, content types, metadata, and governance, planned so people can find things before we design how pages look.
3. Design
Visual system, templates, and key page layouts, so the intranet looks trustworthy from the first page people see.
4. Prototype
We build working SharePoint pages for employees to test when their feedback could change the design.
5. Build
We build the agreed scope in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
6. Launch
We hand the intranet over, give your authors guidance, and fix defects under warranty.
7. Support (optional)
Ticket-based help after the warranty ends. There is no license fee.

Do you only do visual design?
No. Visual design comes after discovery, information architecture, and UX work. We first work out what people need and where it should live, then design how the pages look.

Fixed fee or time and materials?
All our work is fixed price. We offer fixed-price packages, scaled to your size, and confirm the package and the fee on a short scoping call, before work starts.
