The fee depends on how many employees you have and what the intranet must do. We confirm the package and the fee on a short scoping call, before work starts. ### Do we need to buy new software? No. We build on SharePoint in the Microsoft 365 you already have (any plan that includes SharePoint), and there are no ongoing license fees from us. Some Viva Engage features need an extra Microsoft license, and we will tell you up front if your plan needs one. ### Can we add Viva Engage later? Yes. You can add it to an intranet project or start it after launch.
